i haf many tings wantin 2 revamp... playin of games aft parade in pt attire shd b allowed, i dun c wad's wrong wif tt... ncos shd b given more freedom in doin tings, tts how a leader is produced, i tink.... debrief shd b shorten, no nid 4 so long rite? no serious mistake den chop chop end la... female ncos shd b allowed 2 stand on holy ground 2 every morning... all ncos n cadets shd oso b rewarded according 2 their contributions lyk eg campcraft team get 26th so mayb add % of extra points in their cc badge or promotion test? drill com win den promote em or add points 2 their drills badge test or rank test? haha dere r many many tings i wanted 2 change n tts e reason y im back as a ci... but i always dun get a chance 2 do so... tis is my last yr le i haf got 2 make full use of it.
