well still quite pissed 2day... tis is wad happened...

i wrote 2 our OC:

Dear OC,
hi it has been a long while since i participated in np activities n ihope everything is running well. ok get back to the topic, i heardthat the hall was being booked by us for the ORD but it has beengiven for dance usage in the end. i also understand that it isbecause dance has not been practicing in the hall due to otherfunctions going on so they approached us and asked if they could usethe hall instead.however, i feel that we should not give up the hall. there areseveral reasons for saying this.
Firstly, we have to think of accomodation. If the hall is not beingused, where will we hold our ORD? basketball or parade square?Although, we will be holding it in the morning...but it willgradually get very hot,warm,sweaty...futhermore our area commandantis coming down. We expect her to endure such things with us?
Secondly, if it rains then are we going to move into the canteen? weare not having a party but some kind of mini concert. the atmosphereis definitely not right in the canteen or outdoor. furthermore wewill b interfered or distracted by the environment.
Thirdly, the weather nowadays is much unpredictable. what happens ifthere is a heavy downpour all of a sudden? yes, we can run undershelter n carry on our performance there but what about theelectrical stuffs like radio, mics, amplifiers, projectors etc theymight be damaged upon contact wif water. in the end we will have toanswer for the damages made. it is not worth it.
Lastly, if we hold it outdoor or maybe even in the canteen, do wehave enough extension wires, amplifiers, mics, power pins? even if wedo, with all those wires going around can we ensure the safety of thecadets, as well as the other students who might be running around?what about a projector for the video show?? are we going to play itagainst the wall?? but with outdoor environment, can our audience seeclearly on what is being played? we need a place which is dim so asto watch it clearly. mayb by providing a solution of getting theaudience to move to another place to watch the video will solve theproblem but it is not wise to get our guests moving around. anothersolution is to scrap off the program but it will create much unrestamongst the ncos as well as the senior ncos as they spent much timeproducing it.sorry for taking up your precious time to read this mail. i hope youget my concerns and that the concert will still be held in the hallor auditorium as planned.

n after tt all i can do is wait 4 reply... 2 my dismay, she did not reply 2 my mail directly. instead she conveyed msg 2 tt ci. well much 2 my surprised, another guy, i tink he is an extra la cos no longer involve in normal parades liao mah, reply my msg n said he supported our dear ci (hu tinks he's ic of everyth now). he said tt it is gd and innovative all tt shit. but has he tot of all e prob involved? true he provided soln lyk gettin e tables 2gather n set up as a stage n all those electrical stuff aliase wif e AVA. yes tis is feasuble during campfire but hey come on, do u tink e cadets n ncos will perform freely at outdoor in braod daylight summore infront of so many ppl?? get real. can u all spare a tot 4 e cadets? stop tinking of urself onli. if somth is wrong, juz admit it y keep fightin 4 it? ur reasons r all unreasonable. do u all noe?? is not sayin e last word will win a quarrel, it is e 1 wif betta reasoning wins. if its bcos u feel tt u lose face den ok i can jolly well provide u wif soln n make ur idea appear fool proof but wads e pt? wad if somth goes wrong last min? hu is responsible? u? nah i dun tink so, u will push e blame 2 e ncos. its 2 against 1 now but im not goin 2 retreat cos of tt. i haf my reasonings n if all tt problems i mentioned r solved den i will sae fr e bottom of my heart tt yes, e ORD can b held outdoor, gd job.

now sae wad oso no use cos if mr foo dun allow us use auditorium we got no choice but use outdoor... so i betta start planning of ways 2 solve em, even though im having attachment now, unlike sum idiots hu will onli push everyth 2 e cadets.

a leader tinks, solves and dare voice out, not juz suck up 2 e higher management. get it u dumbo
