i watched hei ye cai hong everyday n tink its not bad. skipped e 1st episode cos i tot its sum kinda stupid show but when i watched e 2nd (kinda forced 2 cos my game hang halfway and ive nth 2 do) i find tt its v nice den as i go along i realised dere's a moral which i guess every1 shd follow... if an old system has many probs dun juz blindly follow it or it'll incur more losses, y not implement a new 1 so tt e organization will keep on functioning? well e reason is bcos dere r stilll sum old fogeys hu refused 2 do so n those hu wanted a reform is kinda outnumbered and e power he has is limited. true how true ya e new system will surely be implemented n succeed in e end in e show but in reality i dun tink i can do it.
ya im still quite upset abt e person hu shd b gettin e award... y cant e same person gets 2 awards if tt person has e ability? e ans i got was cos wanted fairness?? HELLOOO?!? is tis wad fair is defined as? ripping off an award from sum1 hu deserves it n gif it 2 another person so tt it is fair 2 every1?? wad shit r u tokin abt? ok den i ask u, in an olympic game (take swimmin contest as an eg) can e judges juz deny a team from gettin a 2nd gold if tt team got in 1st for both races? well mayb u sae tts a bit far fetched. very well den, ill sae somth near. durin a drill competition some yrs back, ncc got 3 out of e 4 awards including GOH. y din e judges gif each uniform grp an award and onli save e GOH 4 ncc?? reason is very simple. DEY R FAIR!! get tt?? tis is wad i deem as fair. if 1 has e ability 2 swop all awards den he shd grab all. yaya use oc as a shield... forever doin tt. well let me tell u i dun fear n i can realli go up 2 her n ask if a person can get 2 awards, n if she sae its abit unfair i can juz go reasonin out wif her n i bliff i can tok her round. however, i din do tt.... cos i dun1 2 quarrel over tis, makin u unhappy n lose ur passion in e unit so e every 1st impt decision 4 u 2 b made in npcc i let u haf ur way. yes i agree tt u r a man of talent hu can get tings done therefore i hope tt ur passion will nv run out. but i do hope tt u will noe wad is fair realli meant and b bold 2 voice out 2 e higher authority... now another prob is... if tis is wad u wan due 2 fairness (which i tink is rather unfairness within fairness), den tell me y tt candidate...?? im not sayin she's not gd but i feel dere's sum1 betta? i threw e q wad contributions or awards she won 4 e unit?? ha guess wad? none cud ans... ya u mian qiang said she took part in e revovler shootin com. eh? tts all?? omg... den i can tell u e other candidate i tink hu shd get it has contributed much more. not onli did she take part in e com u mentioned, she oso took part in air rifle com, campcraft com, designed posters, banners n even e t-shirt tt u r goin 2 wear in future. u c u shdn't juz judge a person by appearance... 1 hu looks heck care is not necessary dun care. true enuff tt she may b abit blur but e ting is done in e end isnt it? u argued ur 1 is gd in drills. omg wad has tis gotta do wif drills? is npcc onli abt drills? is npcc goin 2 judge whether a person is capable anot based solely on drills? no. tts y e new promo sys is e way it is. gif chance 2 ppl gd in other areas. u said she's gd in drills den how u noe mine is not? well mine is superb in campcraft but u said ya but if he's is placed 2 teach cc, she can oso do it but if mine is 2 teach drills mine cant. well... i din carry on. 1stly im greatly outnumbered... kept tinkin hu will b supportive of my idea so i can call in n support me but i c none. 2ndly is cos i dunno abt tt n i dun wanna assume. 3rdly wad if he's proven wrong? den next time will he still voice out his opinion in front of us...? im onli worried abt tt, dun1 lose such a person... anyway his last sentence did make sense: 'compare wif cadet life' hmm.... ok when dey were cadets i onli heard of tt candidate he supported is gd. hmm.... mayb u r rite? yes agree tt she do haf e potential but i will still stick 2 my candidate n hold my doubts til sum1 can realli explain n convince me.
