i was tinking if a petition will help... a petition not onli by us npcc but all e other uniform groups... but will it help?? i dunno... so i decided 2 meet yumei mel dey all tis sat 2 haf lunch n discuss these. 1st we tok abt e promotion test criteria. i find tt contribution pts is 2 insignificant so decided 2 raise it up 2 10% n moi, woc n campcraft each 25% tis is 2 ensure tt cadets hu r weak in certain areas can make up for it wif their stronger areas, eg weak in drills still can use campcraft 2 score... i find tt tis can oso enahance campcraft skills oso, instead of onli emphasizing on drills drills n more drills. as for e contribution lvl, it is 2 help those hu has coordination prob, eg same hand same leg, but remain active n does alot for e unit. though 10% may not help much but at least can ensure dey wun ord as a lance or onli corporal... during e discussion i quoted ruenn sheng. i dunno if he's active anot but i juz wanna make sure if in future dere r cases lyk him n tt person is active, at least he is given a chance...15% still remains for napfa. but tis is onli for nco lvl, e cadets still haf some slight amendments... haha ya tis decision is made by me n im sure alot of ppl will feel furious or haf comments abt such changes. dun nid speculate or guess hu's e mastermind, if i dare do it i will admit if not its not by me. however e criterias still not tt confirm yet, onli abt 95% confirmation... hu noes sum1 mite juz change everyth? if tts so den im sorry i cant help it.
