we did pumpings. den had lunch. den sgt sae can let us do a mixture of exercises to return him the remaining 450.
den before strength training we did jumping jacks 50 counts of 8. OMG. den grips wif legs bending 90 degrees which is 30 counts of 4. den pushups 30 n the squat n stand exercise 30 counts of 4.
340 left.
strength training our platoon totally nuah diao.
aft st we return him summore.
cruches n pushes n tuck jumps.hao bu rong yi make til 250.
did our pull up regime den continue wif our punishments.
did all sorts of pushups eg. diamond, spider n others.
den did situps n cruches.
alt leg raise.
some other exercises.
finally 250 is all cleared.
omg its a miracle lor we actualli returned all within a day.
sgt said is cos we r encouraging each other.
wadeva it is i still tink is quite demanding from us. y im so suay. in our company i tink tis platoon is the toughest liao. grrr.....

well 1st two days did nth much so felt abit sad cos keep tinking of home n singapore, wad i'll be doing at tt time if im at hm all tt stuffs...eyes oso watery
3rd day onwards training starts liao. wah sey so siong lor kaoz. dey sae bmt phase will b worse so i tink kinda lucky i went for ptp phase 1st. can build up before going bmt cos i tink if im at hm i wun b exercising lor...
